Return/Exchange
We totally understand if your item/s don't work out! Online ordering can be tricky! We offer both full refunds and exchanges!
EXCHANGES:
- Please click HERE to start an exchange. We offer FREE shipping labels for even exchanges (an exchange of equal value). For international returns/exchanges, see below.
- We now offer "Instant Exchanges" which means we'll ship out your exchange immediately before you even ship us back the items you're returning. This guarantees that your items are in stock. We will place a $1 hold on your credit card and if the items aren't shipped back to us within 14 days, you'll be charged the full amount. Please note:
- If a preorder or backorder item is added to an exchange order, we will hold the entire order and ship it all together when all items are back in stock. If a preorder or backorder item is added to an instant exchange, we will extend the instant exchange window if necessary.
- We also offer traditional exchanges. For this option, as soon as the return package is scanned by the post office, we will ship out the replacement size/style.
- Your items must be mailed back within 30 days (see holiday exchange policy below). If your return expires, (if it's over 30 days), please don't use the shipping label provided. If you use it, you will be subject to an additional charge.
- Please include the original invoice or a note with your name and order number if possible.
- All clothing must be returned unused/unwashed.
- We only offer one free exchange per order. Which means, you can exchange more than one item but once you exchange, you're not able to exchange again.
- Please ask for a receipt from the postal carrier that it was shipped back to us. We are not responsible for packages that are lost.
RETURNS for a refund (in the USA):
- Please click here to start the process. We charge $7.95 for returns to use our shipping labels (to help cover shipping).
- Returns must be mailed back (postmarked) within 30 days from the date you received the item (see holiday return policy below). If your return expires, (if it's over 30 days), please don't use the shipping label provided. If you use it, you will be subject to an additional charge.
- All clothing must be returned unused/unwashed.
- Please include the original invoice or a note with your name and order number if possible.
- After we receive your item/s we will refund the amount of the merchandise (excluding any shipping you paid).
- Please ask for a receipt from the postal carrier that it was shipped back to us. We are not responsible for packages that are lost.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:

CANADIAN RETURNS AND STORE CREDITS:
- For store credits (Canada only): Please click here to receive a FREE pre-paid shipping label. Once you get your store credit, you can place a new order for the items you want.
- For returns (Canada only): Please click here to receive a shipping label to mail your items back. $15 will be deducted from the refund to help cover the cost of the shipping label. Or you can mail back yourself to avoid a shipping label fee (see address below).

HOLIDAY RETURNS:
- Any purchases made after November 15, can be returned through January 31. Please reach out to us at help@nursingqueen.com for a shipping label if it's been over 30 days.
GIFTS:
- Our online portal will allow you to exchange an item without the gift giver knowing! Please reach out to us at help@nursingqueen.com if you need help.
- Also, gift bags are final sale.
FINAL SALE:
- If an item is marked as "Final Sale" in the item description or title that means no returns or exchanges will be permitted. Thank you for your understanding!
